* Our sourdough starter – organic, non-GMO and gluten-free – has been alive and active since 2013.

* Instead of dairy milk, we use rice milk.

* We use ghee instead of butter or oil when baking – it’s butter fat after the dairy cream has been removed. (And it’s good for you too!) Except for our butter-cream frosting!
